We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

Pricing 

Woodka Interiors products displayed on the website are available online. The prices displayed on the website, are quoted in rands.

 

Product Availability

Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock may not be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Woodka Interiors is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.   • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver anywhere in South Africa to your chosen physical location.
  • How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
    Once your products within your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping notification including tracking details. It could take up to one day for the tracking inforamtion to update. Once your product(s) has been dispatched, our economy door to door courier service will take 2- 5 working days of receiving your parcel. Some of our products are made to order which means they will be dispatched on different dates.
  • What if I order something that is out of stock?
    Unfortunately there may be times when items may be displayed as available, however due to timings of other orders placed, this may result in the product being out of stock. You will however will be notified.
  • How Can I Contact Woodka Interiors?

  • What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the courier delivers to me?
    The courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date that is suitable for you to receive your delivery.
  • I want to send someone a gift. Can I send the purchase to another recipient?
    Of course you can. Simply enter the persons details when you select shipping options. We also offer gift wrapping services, so be sure to include that options in the note section.
