What is your return policy?
Our design team at Woodka Interiors has hand selected these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return. You can return any refundable items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We will not accept any returns after 7 days, regardless of the reason for return.
Item must be in original condition.
For fabric items, it must be unwashed and In the original packaging.
Ensure the product you are returning is sufficiently packaged.
No returns will be accepted without the product being sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return.
Free gifts, handmade items, sale items and custom made items are non refundable!
Damaged items must be returned within 7 days
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
What do I do If my order has arrived damaged/faulty?
If, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn't in perfect condition please contact as soon as you receive your order.
We will need the following information to enable a member of our team to advise you on the best solution:
- Your order number
- Details of the damage e.g. broken, chipped
- Images of the damaged/faulty item
- Images of the inner and outer packaging that has been used to protect the item.
Can I return my order to you for an exchange?
We are unable to offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you would prefer.
