Shipping Details

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

As soon as we receive your order, we start processing it right away. Our economy door to door courier delivery service (these delivery times are estimated) takes 2 - 5 working days to deliver your package. 

You will receive an automated notification to confirm shipment with tracking information via email. Some of our products are made to order which means they will be dispatched on different dates and you may receive multiple deliveries.

 

 

What days do you deliver?  

Our couriers deliver Monday- Friday between 8:00- 17:00. (excluding weekends, after- hours and public holidays)

 

 

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification to confirm shipment and we provide you with a daily status update including tracking details with the estimated delivery date until your order has been delivered to your selected location.

 

 

What if items ordered are out of stock or on backorder?

(Dispatched times are based on stock status) In the event of being out of stock, some items ordered may not be shipped on the same day and may be split across multiple shipments. In the event of a backorder, we will provide you with an approximate date of shipment. You will be alerted in both instances and will provide an approximate date of shipment.

 

Shipment times: (Once leaving Woodka Interiors )

  • To Main Centres: 1 - 3 Working Days

  • To Regional Areas: 2 - 5 Working Days

  • To Remote Areas: 5 - 7 Working Days
