What are your delivery times?
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 48 hours of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.

What is your return policy?
Our design team at Woodka Interiors has hand selected these products because we love them, but we understand that you may need to make a return.
You can return any refundable items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We will not accept any returns after 7 days, regardless of the reason for return.
Item must be in original condition.
For fabric items, it must be unwashed and In the original packaging.
Ensure the product you are returning is sufficiently packaged.
NO returns will be accepted without the product being sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return.
Free gifts, sale items and custom made items are non refundable!
Damaged items must be returned within 7 days
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
